09.03.10 ninja wins again

i entered a dart tourney last night and guess who wins ANOTHER dart tourney? it seems almost every time ninja enters a tourney, he's in the money. although i'm happy for him, i can't help but think ... again?!? i'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks that. lol.

sometimes i think roxy thinks she's human and doesn't realize she's a cat. this is probably how she sees us sharing a cup of tea and eating dim sum. ^_^

09.02.10 yay! post-its!

i went to target after work and got some post-its. yay! tomorrow is going to be a great day because now i have post-its and because it's gonna be a three day weekend! yay!

09.02.10 oh nooo ...

earlier this week i noticed that i was running out of yellow post-its so i had to start using pink ones, which hindered my creativity at first (i know, weird right?) but i was able to get my creative mojo back. :) but then, i was running out of pink post-its. oh nooo ... what's a munky to do without post-its especially when there's one more day of work left? :(

09.02.10 hard at work

it was difficult to work this week because my coworker kept asking me the same question over and over to which i didn't have an answer and didn't want to speculate the answer to. sometimes he asked the same question a couple of times the same day! it was exhausting especially without stinky bear to help field the questions. it was especially stressful today so to help relieve the stress, i doodled a little more than usual. here's me ... hard at work ... doodling. :D lol.

09.02.10 paranoid

when my nerves are shot and i'm stressed, sometimes my lips get rashy red and swollen. it started getting like this last night and today, i feel like everyone is looking and laughing at my super red juju lips at work. i know stinky wasn't laughing at me but i drew him as a representation of how overly paranoid i was. :P

09.01.10 doc app't

every time i go to the doctor, no matter what or why i'm going, this is the part i hate the most. i don't know why but i've been like this even when i was skinny! although i felt like crying (not really) when i got weighed, i know that it was a good wake up call for me to do something about it ... starting tomorrow. ;) lol.

08.31.10 huh???

this afternoon we had an audio conference and although i was taking notes furiously at times, i also was posting on fb (hee hee). after i finished my fb post, i realized that i was a little lost on what was being said. oops! stinky was connected to the audio conference too but when i asked him what i missed, he said he wasn't paying attention either. lol!

since i've been working with stinky bear on a couple of documents lately, i found it hard to work on my own while he was working at the guard this week. i found myself missing working with him. i sometimes felt lost especially when my coworker asked me how to do something i knew stinky would know how to do. sigh. i can't believe it's only tuesday ... :(

08.30.10 the ninja

this morning, i read on fb that my friend, who often says he's "ninja", got drunk and blessed a couple different places while he was at scores bar the night before. after i found out that he was okay and made it to work, i couldn't help but doodle what i thought his night must have been like. i sent a pic of it to his cell phone. he has a good sense of humor and thought it was awesome. he said he was still drunk (at lunchtime the day after!). poor poor ninja ...

08.30.10 nom nom nom

i've been sending sister a couple of doodles via mms and this morning, she wanted one of me and her. i didn't know what to draw, then it occurred to me that we still haven't gone to dinner ... something we've been trying to coordinate for months. the easiest thing would be for us to go to eat saimin one day so i doodled this for her. after i sent it to her, she wants to take this picture irl. lol. we will sister ... i promise.

08.30.10 working apart but together

stinky bear had to work at the guard, leaving me to fend for myself at work. not an easy task as i usually collaborate with him on work documents. problem solved as we emailed the document back and forth and was still able to work on it together. isn't technology wonderful? :)

08.26.10 maybe someday ...

i was at vegas for the medalist darts world tournament in in july and stopped by trader joes to pick up some goodies during the trip. i thought that it trader joes gift baskets would make great christmas gifts so began thinking about traveling to the mainland with stinky bear to do some christmas shopping. while we were checking out airfare prices, i began to doodle us in an airplane. then stinky said i should show us traveling to famous sites like the golden gate bridge, statue of liberty, and the eiffel tower. hmm ... maybe someday ...

08.17.10 jook monster

i made a HUGE pot of chicken jook for dinner last night. when it was ready, stinky bear made a HUGE bowl for him to eat. it was almost half the pot and the bowl was almost bigger than his head! i didn't mind as i'm just glad i didn't have to eat the whole pot by myself. lol.
